Timothy Griffin

Timothy Griffin, St. Andrews New Brunswick

Timothy Griffin has had a studio in St. Andrews since 2014 and has been studying Wildlife Art since 2009. “Not at all” self taught, Timothy has worked with and learned from many local carvers including the The St. Andrews “Bird Man” Bob Carney. He is an active member of the St Andrews carving group and is on the board of the New Brunswick Wood Carvers Association.

Originally from the US, he has worked with artists Kathy Webster, Tom Baldwin and Ward Museum Living Legend Floyd Scholz at the Vermont Raptor Academy.

His heirloom quality art focuses on the birds of the northeast including Hawks, Eagles, Owls and Crows but also includes the occasional Whale and Octopus.

As an artist, he has won many ribbons and Best-of-Shows in numerous competitions through out the Northeastern US and Canada.
